Client Portal - Account Roles

The available roles for a portal account:

  • manager: can create users and assign roles (that is george@gmilhimcpa.com)
  • firm member: your staff, able to interact with clients on client portal (send and receive messages and files)
  • editor: can add/edit/delete content on your website pages
  • client: designed for your clients, to get access to your client portal (and interact with firm members)
The 'client' role should be used for your client accounts.
The 'manager', 'firm member' and 'editor' should be assigned to your staff.
