Create and Send Newsletters from your website

Please follow the next steps in order to create your own Newsletter and periodic articles to send to your subscribers:

* Please replace 'your-website.com' with your CPA Gardens website domain.

1. Log into your Portal Admin account at https://your-website.com/user
2. If you need to create a new Newsletter (you will need to do this only ONCE, then you will be able to attach unlimited issues to your new Newsletter)

3. Click the green '+ ADD NEWSLETTER' button to create your Newsletter (you just need to enter a NAME for your Newsletter, e.g. 'My Monthly Newsletter', and click the green 'SAVE' button at the bottom)
4. Then you can start writing new articles (Newsletter Issues) and attach them to 'My Monthly Newsletter' (the issue will be delivered only to THIS specific newsletter subscribers) - To write a newsletter issue, please use 'Content-Add Content-Newsletter Issue' menu, or the following shortcut link:
https://your-website.com/node/add/simplenews
5. Enter the 'Title' and 'Body' text, select the 'Newsletter' created in step 3, then click 'PUBLISH' button at top(to save the article on your site)
6. To send the Newsletter issue (after publishing it, in previous step), click the 'Newsletter' tab at top and select an option from 'Send newsletter'
* If you need to revisit a previous Newsletter issue, then use 'Content' menu, and filter by Type: "Newsletter issue" (click 'Apply ' to execute filter),then select the intended newsletter issue from list (click the title), then click the 'Newsletter' tab to select your sending option.

That's it! Your newsletter issue will be sent to 'My Monthly Newsletter' subscribers.

You can manage the subscribers of all newsletters from 'People-Newsletter subscriptions' menu - or using the direct link: https://your-website.com/admin/people/simplenews
