Unable to connect to web mail

If you are unable to connect to web mail at https://mail.cpagardens.com due to connection errors or timeouts, there are 2 possible reasons:

1. You have a temporary internet connection issue (bad connection, ISP issues).
Please check your internet connection by visiting another website (like google.com, etc.). If you have the same connection issues with other websites, please contact your Internet service provider.

OR

2. Your current IP address is temporarily blocked by our firewall, due to multiple failed login attempts.
Please wait 30 minutes and try to login again at https://mail.cpagardens.com. Make sure your email/passwords are correct. If you still can't view the web mail interface at https://mail.cpagardens.com, please contact us with your current IP address (as shown on www.wimi.com), and we'll investigate the issue.
