File Sharing Instructions

In order to use the File Sharing and Secure Messages system, please first log in to your website administration area (using the 'Login' button on your website), with your email address and password.

Then please follow the next instructions to send a secure message and/or share a file:

  1. At the top of the page, click on ‘messages’ (this page is secure file sharing that is sent directly to your cpa,not an email)


  2. Select ‘+ Write New Message
  3. Client's messages will be automatically sent to CPA, no need to select a recipient. CPA's messages will be sent to the selected clients on Recipient list (just start typing the first letters of a client's email account, and the system will autocomplete) 


  4. Click ‘choose file’ OR drag and drop any files in the section labeled ‘drop files here’


  5. In subject you may put what the document contain (Example: Tax Returns 2017)


  6. You have an option you attach a message or notes on the documents you are sending at the bottom. 
  7. Once you have uploaded your files (up to 3GB max) click ‘Send Message’ at the bottom left side of the page.


*messages are not sent as email and do not leave the client portal, all information is secure. This system is not an email system, recipient will receive a notification email, but must log into client portal to view information.
